Cancellations & Refunds
Any cancellation of registration have to be notified in writing to the Organizing Secretariat by e-mail email@example.com or by fax +39 065194009 and will be subject to the following conditions:
Cancellation until June 11, 2018 – 100% refund minus 50$ handeling fee
Cancellation from June 11, 2018 to July 27, 2018 – 50% refund
Cancellation done after July 27, 2018 or no shows – no refund
After this date no refund of fees can be made, however, you are allowed to nominate another person to take your registration see point ‘name changes’. All accepted refunds will be made after the congress.
