Belinda Lennox is Associate Professor in the Department of Psychiatry, University of Oxford, UK and Honorary Consultant Psychiatrist in the Early Intervention in Psychosis service for Oxford Health NHS FT.
She trained in General Adult Psychiatry in Nottingham, Oxford and Cambridge. Her DM was in fMRI of auditory hallucinations, supervised by Peter Jones, and she then undertook further fMRI studies in psychosis, before moving into neuroimmunology through a collaboration with Alasdair Coles and Angela Vincent in Oxford. Her interests are in discovering the causes of and developing more effective treatments for those with psychosis and in implementing those discoveries into clinical practice. She is also Deputy Director for the NIHR Collaboration and Leadership for Applied Health Research and Care for Oxford, and Clinical Director for NIHR Clinical Research Network: Thames Valley and South Midlands.
