Dr. Caroline Ménard has joined the Department of Psychiatry and Neuroscience at the Faculty of Medicine, Université Laval (Quebec City, Canada) as an Assistant Professor and opened her lab at the CERVO Brain Research Center in 2018. She holds the Sentinel North Research Chair on the Neurobiology of Stress and Resilience, and her research program is funded by the Canadian Institutes for Health Research, Natural Sciences and Engineering Research Council of Canada, Fonds de recherche du Quebec – Santé, Brain Canada, Canadian Foundation for Innovation, and the Brain and Behavior Research Foundation. She has authored 55 papers published in high impact journals such as Nature, Nature Neuroscience, Nature Medicine, Nature Communications, Neuron, PNAS, or Biological Psychiatry. She is the 2020 Canadian College of Neuropsychopharmacology Young Investigator awardee, 2020 Quebec Government Prix du Quebec Young Investigator Award finalist and was nominated in 2021 as an Associate member of the American College of Neuropsychopharmacology.
